But why do my hands get dirty when I eat. By the way, It's worth it to make it, even though it takes 5~6 hour to make

Corn tortilla
Mozzarella cheese

QuesaBirria Ingredient (for 5 serving)
1kg beef
1kg beef bone (optional)
8 guajillo chili
3 arbol chili
2 ancho chili
1 tomato (replaceable with tomato paste)
1 onion
4 garlic
Pepper
Bay leaf
Cumin
White vinegar
Corn tortilla Ingredient
Corn flour
Water
How to make
Birria Tacos
Grill tortillas in birria oil
Put meat and cheese on top and cook it for 1-2 minutes
Mix soup, onion, and coriander to make Birria Consome
Quesabirria (for 5 serving)
Grill beef and beef bones in oil and place in a Pot (making maillard reaction)
Remove Seed of Guajillo, Ancho and Arbol Chili.
Place chili in blender and add 1.5L hot water
Add 1 tomato, 1 onion, 4 garlic, 2T salt, 1T pepper, 2 bay leaf, 1T oregano, 1T cumin, and 3T vinegar and blend
Place it in a pot and add 1.5L of water
Simmer on low heat at least for 5 hours
Let's ladle the oil on top of the quesabirria
Chop the meat and mix it with the soup
Corn Tortilla (10 piece)
Mix 200g Corn flour and 200g water (ratio 1:1)
Mix it until it forms one dough
Divide 40g each
Press or roll with rolling pin dough to make tortilla
Score : 8/10
Corn tortilla is gnarly awesome. And birria tacos with lime perfect
But it's not easy to make at home.
