Ingredients


  • Brisket

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Kimchi

  • Pork (any cut is ok)

  • Fish sauce

 

How to make



Brisket Recipe

  1. brush mustard to the trimmed brisket.

  2. Season it with a proper amount of salt and pepper.

  3. Bake in an oven at 110°C until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (about 4 hours, periodically spraying with apple juice).

  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and return to the oven until the internal temperature reaches 93°C (wrapping thoroughly is key).

  5. Let it rest in the turned-off oven until the internal temperature drops to 65°C.



Brisket Kimchi jjigae Recipe (serves 2)

  1. Saute 200g of pork in an oiled pot for 1 minute.

  2. Add 200g of kimchi, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 400g of water.

  3. Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Top with brisket and green onions to finish.
