Someday I was thinking about something creative. At that time, I thought cheese and buldak. And I wondered that cheese is delicious and buldak is delicious, then buldak cheese is delicious(x2) right? Since that thought, I will create my buldak cheese recipe and used it with burger
Buldak Cheese Burger

Ingredients
Buldak cheese Ingredients (160g cheese)
1.5L mlik
6T vinegar (replaceable lemon juice)
1T water
1t citric acid
1t baking soda
50g butter
80ml mlik
salt
buldak sauce
How to make
Buldak cheese Ingredients
Heat 1.5L of milk in pot to 50'c
When it reaches 50'c, add vinegar and stir to separate whey and curd for 1~2 minute
And wait for 5 minute
Sift the cheese curd
Mix 1T water, 1t citric acid, and 1t baking soda
Mix the cheese curd with this mixture, 80ml milk, 50g butter and pinch of salt and blend
Add the buldak sauce and double boil for 1~2 minute
Pour cheese into greased container and cool down for at least 5 hours
