Easy Bibimbap
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients (1 serving)
200g rice
Sesame oil
Gochujang
Egg
Toppings (your choice, I used carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts, spinach, mushrooms)
How to make
Steam the desired toppings for 15 minutes.
If possible, slightly remove excess moisture and place them on top of the rice (optional).
Add 1-2 tablespoons of gochujang, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and one soft-fried egg on top.
Mix well and enjoy.
Tips
Essential for bibimbap: Rice, sesame oil, gochujang, egg
Optional for bibimbap: Toppings (add any vegetables or ingredients you like).
