Gogi Mandu
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients (for 3 person, 12 piece)
Mandu Filling
1 onion
1 green onion
garlic
500g minced pork
soy sauce
sugar
salt
pepper
sesame oil
Mandu dough
150g bread flour
100g hot water (7~80'c)
1/2t salt
How to make
Mandu Filling
Dice 1 onion, green onion
Mince 3 garlic
Put 500g minced pork, onion, green onion, minced garlic, 1T soy sauce, 1T sugar, 1T salt, 1T sesame oil, pepper into a bowl and knead meat to make sticky by hand for 3 minutes
Mandu
Put 150 bread flour, 1/2 salt and mix
Pour 100g hot water and mix with chopstick (kneading with hot water)
Knead it for 5 minutes and wrap it by plastic wrap
Rest for 30 minutes in room temperature
Cut it into 12 equal parts (about 20g)
Spread thinly with a rolling pin
Put Filling in mandu dough

Steam for 7~10 minutes
Chili sauce : 3T soy sauce, 1T white vinegar, 1T sugar, 1T gochugaru
