There is a famous food combination in Korea. Chicken + Beer, Sam-gyeop-sal + soju etc.. And there is Jokbal + Jaeng Ban Guksu. It's really good to eat with this combination, but Jaeng Ban Guksu are very powerful by itself. So I wanted to introduce this dish to you :D
Jaeng Ban Guksu
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients
Ingredients (for 2 serving)
noodle (it's better if you use buckwheat noodle)
cabbage (optional)
carrot (optional)
lettuce (optional)
onion (optional)
cucumber (optional)
gochujang
minced garlic
sugar
corn syrup
soy sauce
sesame oil
vinegar (recommend white vinegar)
How to make
Jaeng Ban Guksu (for 2 serving)
Slice vegetables thinly
Mix 2T gochujang, 1T sugar, 1T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T corn syrup, 1T minced garlic, 1T vinegar to make sauce
Place noodles in the middle of the plate and place vegetables around
Add 2/3 of the sauce and mix
Add more sauce to your taste
Tips
You can choose which vegetables to put in and how much. so use vegetable that is in your fridge
