Jjajangmyeon is one of the famous Korean food to foreigner. But Jjam ppong is not famous as much. In Korea, We always have a hard time deciding when we go to a Chinese restaurant Because of this thinking ."jjajangmyeon or jjam ppong?"
Jjam ppong

Ingredients
1/4 onion
1/4 green onion
1/8 cabbage
2 garlic
meat (any meat is okay, I used beef meat)
little bit zucchini (optional, for color)
little bit carrot (optional, for color)
soy sauce
oyster sauce
gochugaru
pepper
noddle
How to make
Slice 1/4 onion, 1/4 green onion, little bit of carrot and zucchini
Mince 2 garlic and cut cabbage
Put 3T of oil on the wok and heat it with high heat
Put onion, green onion, cabbage, zucchini, carrot and minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds in high heat
Pour soy sauce around the edge of the wok for flavor
Add 3T of gochugaru and stir-fry for 10 seconds
After 10 seconds, add 600ml water (it tastes better if you add beef bone broth instead of water)
Add 1T of oyster sauce and pepper
Season it with salt and mix it with noodles
