In Korea, the country of kimchi, there is no way that there is no kimchi chicken. There is no way I haven't tried it either. But I've never seen such a delicious kimchi chicken before.

600g of chicken breast

AP purpose flour 200g
corn starch 100g
salt 1T
paprika powder 1T
garlic powder 1T
onion powder 1T
baking powder 1T
pepper
cinnamon powder 1T(Optional)
How to make
Cut 600g of chicken breast into long pieces
Mix 400g of milk, 2T of vinegar, 4T of kimchi juice, 1T of garlic powder, 1T of onion powder, and 2T of salt
Add the next chicken breast and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a maximum of 24 hours
Add 1 cup fried chicken powder to marinade liquid and mix
Take out the chicken breast in the marinade liquid and coat it with fried chicken powder
Coat the fried chicken powder and shake it to shake it off a little bit. (In this process, KFC texture comes out.)
Fry it at 170'C for 6 to 8 minutes (until golden brown)
After frying, sprinkle the kimchi seasoning
Mix 50g of chopped kimchi, 100g of mayonnaise, and 3T of honey to make kimchi dipping sauce
