I'm starting a series of dishes using Kimchi, a quintessential Korean food. The first creation is the Kimchi Burger! Kimchi is a staple of Korean identity, so I've experimented with incorporating it into various dishes. Kimchi burgers, kimchi pasta, kimchi pizza, kimchi chicken... Most experiments have yielded peculiar results. However, I've refined the recipe to not just make a quirky dish, but to transform the Kimchi Burger into a genuinely delicious type of burger. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
Kimchi
Beef
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Garlic
Cheddar cheese
Butter
Flour
Milk
Hamburger buns
How to make
Recipe (for 1 hamburger)
Divide the beef into 200g portions and shape into two patties that little bit over fit the buns.
Place the patties in a preheated frying pan and season with a suitable amount of salt and pepper.
Mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 50g of chopped kimchi, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to make kimchi mayo.
Make a kimchi cheese sauce by mixing béchamel sauce with cheddar cheese and some kimchi juice.
Layer the hamburger bun -> kimchi mayo -> lettuce -> a patty -> cheddar cheese -> another patty -> kimchi cheese sauce -> bun.
Tips or Notes:
The flavor of the kimchi is subtle, so its presence isn't very prominent.
I will continue to refine the recipe to create a better kimchi burger.
Score : 9/10
First bite is heavenly
But I want to fix the recipe a little bit more
