Masa flour
Kimchi juice
Tomato

Spicy peppers (Jalapeño, Cheongyang pepper, etc.)
Ssamjang
Kimchi
Perilla leaves

How to make
Grill 500g of sliced pork belly.
Place the kimchi tortilla on top to soak up the grease.
Top the kimchi tortilla with pork belly, ssamjang salsa, kimchi, and perilla leaves.
Kimchi Tortilla
Mix 2 cups of masa flour with 1 1/2 cups of kimchi juice.
Divide into 18 pieces and cook in a frying pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute each.
Ssamjang Salsa
Mix 1 tomato, 1 lime, 1/2 onion, 1 spicy pepper (I used Cheongyang pepper), and 3 tablespoons of ssamjang.
