Oreo Ice Cream

As a oreo lover, oreo ice cream is unicorn to me. I can't find it in Korea. I just can see this in internet world. I'm just curious how it taste like. So I made this

Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients

Ingredients (Big 1 piece)

• 30 oreo

• 100g melted butter

• 400g whipping cream

• 100g condensed mlik

• vanilla extract

• 50g sugar

How to make

Oreo Ice Cream

1. Crush 30 oreo to make oreo crumb by rolling pin or blender

2. Mix 100g melted butter and oreo crumb

3. Whip the 400g whipping cream until it has a stiff horn

4. Add 100g condense mlik and little bit vanilla extract, 50g sugar and mix

5. Put the oreo crumb into the cake mold and make it flat (I used 12cm cake mold)

6. Add whipped cream and oreo crumb

7. Wrap it up by plastic wrap and put it fridge for at least 5 hour
