Pierogi with Kimchi Ranch

Ingredients
Pierogi
AP flour
mlik
egg
salt
pepper
butter
onion
potato
cheese (ricotta or parmesan etc)
Kimchi Ranch
dill
sour cream
mayonnaise
onion (replaceable with onion powder)
garlic (replaceable with garlic powder)
salt
kimchi
msg (optional)
How to make
Pierogi (for 2~3 serving)
Mix 1 300g AP flour, 100g milk, 2 egg, pinch of salt to make 1 dough
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Add melted butter and knead the dough for 5 minutes
Cover it and rest for 30 minutes in room
After 10 minutes, knead the dough for 10 minutes
Put flour on dough and roll the dough out to 1cm
Cut rounds out of the dough
Mix Boiled 500g potato, 1/2 caramelized onion, pinch of salt, pepper, cheese to make filling
Put filling in rounded dough and seal it
Put pierogi in Boiling water until they start to float
Put butter in pan and pierogi for 4~5 minutes (until pierogi get browned)
KImchi Ranch
Put 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 10g dill, 3 garlic, 1/8 onion, 100g kimchi, pepper in a bowl
Blend it

Kimchi Ranch is so addictive.
Ranch sauce is already powerful.
But with kimchi, the taste has doubled
With these sauces, the pierogi has to be delicious
