Rabokki is a Korean food that adds ramyun noodle to tteokbokki. It's simply an act of adding ramyun noddle, but the taste is not simple at all. It wouldn't be better if you eat a corn dog with it
Rabokki & Korean Corn Dog
Ingredients
Rabokki (2 serving)
200g Rice cake
Fish cake (optional)
1 Ramyun noodle
1/2 Green onion (optional)
Tteokbokki sauce*
Tteokbokki sauce (2 serving, replaceable Tteokbokki powder)
4T sugar
2T gochugaru (replaceable with 1~2 gochujang)
1T minced garlic (replaceable with 1T garlic powder)
2T corn syrup
pepper
1t Miwon, beef dashida (optional)
Korean Corn Dog (4 serving)
200g AP flour
100g lukewarm water
2T sugar
1t dry yeast
Salt
Sausage
Mozzarella (optional)
Egg
Bread crumbs
Oil
How to make
Rabokki (2 serving)
Chop a green onion and put it in the frying pan
Add rice cake, fish cake, and ramyun noodles
Add tteokbokki sauce and water until every ingredients are submerged
Boil on high heat for 7 minutes
Korean Corn Dog (4 serving)
Mix AP flour, 100g water, 1t yeast, 2T sugar, pinch of salt and egg
Make them one dough
Let it ferment in a warm place 1 hour
Put the sausage or cheese in the skewer
Coat the dough thinly and coat it with egg water, bread crumbs
Fry in 170'C oil for 2~3 minutes
