Tomato kimchi
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients
tomato
half an onion
1 green onion
gochugaru
sugar
anchovy fish sauce (can be replaced with fish sauce)
minced garlic
How to make
Cut one tomato into eight pieces. x 4
Mix the cut tomatoes with 1 t of salt
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes
Slice 1/2 onion thinly (slice)
Slice 1 green onion thinly (slice)
Add green onions and onions to the tomatoes
Add 3T gochugaru, 3T sugar, 3T anchovy fish sauce, and 1T minced garlic and mix
