Marinate sauce*
Tortilla(30cm)
1 Chicken Breast
KImchi
Gim garu (optional)
Lecttuce
Kewpie mayo
1/2 spring onion (optional)
Kimchi Fried Rice Ingredient
1/2 green onion
1t sugar
1t soy sauce
100g kimchi
1t gochugaru (for color)
200g cooked rice
Marinate sauce
2T gochujang
2T vinegar
2T garlic powder
1T sesame oil
2t miwon (optional)
2t oyster sauce (optional)
How to make
Kimchi Burrito
Marinate chicken breast for 1 hour with marinate sauce
Put chicken in 180'c(350'F) oven for 10 minutes
Put ingredients on tortilla in this order : tortilla -> kimchi fried rice -> kimchi -> gim gaur -> lettuce -> chicken breast -> kewpie mayo -> spring onion
Roll it tight to make burrito shape
Cook in a frying pan for 1 minute
Kimchi Fried Rice
Put oil and green onion
Stir-fry it on low low heat for 1 minutes
Add chopped kimchi 1t sugar, 1t soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minutes
Add gochugaru and rice
Turn to high heat, stir fry 3~5 minutes
Taste : 8/10
I've never been expect that is really delicious. Actually, I'm really surprise when I had a bite.
