Kimchi Burrito

When I'm in military, there is man who are UCLA student. He said to me 'In UCLA, there is kimchi burrito sir'. This sentence is kept in my mind. And I made it. Do you watch this Sam?




 


Kimchi Burrito


Ingredients



Kimchi Burrito Ingredient

  • Kimchi Fried Rice*

  • Marinate sauce*

  • Tortilla(30cm)

  • 1 Chicken Breast

  • KImchi

  • Gim garu (optional)

  • Lecttuce

  • Kewpie mayo

  • 1/2 spring onion (optional)

Kimchi Fried Rice Ingredient

  • 1/2 green onion

  • 1t sugar

  • 1t soy sauce

  • 100g kimchi

  • 1t gochugaru (for color)

  • 200g cooked rice

Marinate sauce

  • 2T gochujang

  • 2T vinegar

  • 2T garlic powder

  • 1T sesame oil

  • 2t miwon (optional)

  • 2t oyster sauce (optional)


 



How to make



Kimchi Burrito

  1. Marinate chicken breast for 1 hour with marinate sauce

  2. Put chicken in 180'c(350'F) oven for 10 minutes

  3. Put ingredients on tortilla in this order : tortilla -> kimchi fried rice -> kimchi -> gim gaur -> lettuce -> chicken breast -> kewpie mayo -> spring onion

  4. Roll it tight to make burrito shape

  5. Cook in a frying pan for 1 minute


Kimchi Fried Rice

  1. Put oil and green onion

  2. Stir-fry it on low low heat for 1 minutes

  3. Add chopped kimchi 1t sugar, 1t soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minutes

  4. Add gochugaru and rice

  5. Turn to high heat, stir fry 3~5 minutes

 




Taste : 8/10

I've never been expect that is really delicious. Actually, I'm really surprise when I had a bite.
